We at Debew want you to be happy with your purchase – and will make every effort to help you with your order to ensure you get exactly what you want the first time. If you have ANY questions or uncertainty as to what size to order, please call us at 780 716-3444 for a sizing consultation before ordering.
We do not issue direct refunds. If an item is returned for any reason store credits will be issued. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Store Credits must be used within 60 days. To apply your store credits text or email Debew Customer Service your order details.
We inspect all items for defects before shipping. In the event you receive an item with an undetected defect, we will only exchange the item with the exact same size, style, color item.
To be eligible for a return, items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in the original selling condition, with tags attached and with the original packaging. Items returned that smell of perfume, smoke, etc will NOT be accepted for a return.
For hygienic reasons, jewelry and under garments are not eligible for exchange.
“CLEARANCE” and “BLOWOUT” Items
On our website we have departments and items that are marked “Clearance” and “Blowout”.
These items are sold at a significant markdown from our regularly listed items, and as such these
items are sold with the understanding that All Sales are Final, and No Exchanges or Returns can be done for these items for any reason.
When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the size or offer store credits. Bear in mind that you are responsible for all cost associated with returning your items. In the case of returns by mail, Debew will not accept cash on delivery (COD) and will not pay the delivery or return charges.
We recommend you to track and insure your package, at your expense, as we are not responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
When making exchanges and returns, please bear in mind that:

RETURNS FOR EXCHANGES AND ISUSSING OF STORE CREDITS.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your return item after inspecting the item.
If you return an item for exchange, the replacement merchandise that you receive cannot be refunded it is only eligible for exchange. Exchange and store credit purchases cannot be returned.
